The hot water for showering was limited, which made it difficult to take a long or warm shower during the cold winter days. Another downside was the loud noise from the housekeeping workers that started early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep in and enjoy the holiday.

Secondly, the staff here go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist you. Finally, the rooms on the ground floor are a great option. They are clean, comfortable, and provide easy access to the hotel amenities. Oh, and don't forget the breakfast, it's simply delicious!

The staff here are amazing! Always welcoming and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. the location is perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of local shops and authentic restaurants to try. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily towel changes and a decent shower to freshen up. We especially loved the fact that we could leave our bags here all day and use the shower before our transfer.

Sadly, our room was on the ground floor and right next to the lobby, which made sleeping difficult with the early morning noise from reception and lift. We also found the drainage system to be poor, resulting in a flooded bathroom after each shower.
